Job Description:

A company is looking for a Billing Coordinator to manage billing issues and assist in financial reporting.



Key Responsibilities

Resolve billing issues including pricing, quantities, or weight discrepancies
Assist in monthly close and daily reporting
Contact customers and/or sales to identify issues and research overpayments and unused credits


Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED and 2+ years' relevant accounts receivable experience required
Bachelor's Degree preferred
SAP experience preferred
Strong skill-set in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, required
