Job Description:
A company is looking for a Billing Specialist to oversee the
billing process for customers.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the billing process including invoicing, collections, and
account updates
Resolve billing issues and research payment variances in
collaboration with customers and account managers
Participate in projects to improve billing processes and automate
tasks
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in billing or accounts receivables
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
Positive attitude and a desire to support nonprofit
organizations
Experience with billing systems such as Salesforce is a plus
