Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Flow Servicing Analyst to join
their team.
Key Responsibilities
Perform reconciliations of investor accounts and resolve
discrepancies
Ensure compliance with investor guidelines and assist in cash
management processes
Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational efficiency
and participate in audits
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in investor accounting or MSR billing within
the mortgage servicing industry
Hands-on experience with Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, and Ginnie Mae
loan portfolios
Proficiency in using investor reporting platforms and mortgage
servicing systems
Finance or accounting degree or 2-3 years of experience in an
accounting or finance role
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
