Job Description:
A company is looking for a Controller to oversee financial
reporting and compliance for a diverse portfolio of clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with
GAAP and regulatory standards
Lead and mentor accounting teams while overseeing complex client
engagements and process improvements
Ensure client compliance with accounting, tax, and regulatory
requirements through collaboration with external experts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA
license preferred
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Controller
2+ years of audit experience in a CPA firm
Experience in a multi-client environment and deep accounting
experience across multiple industries
Proven ability to manage teams and meet deadlines effectively
