Job Description:

Adecco is assisting a local client in their search to fill multiple Entry Level Customer Service Representative positions in the Albany area. These are short-term temporary opportunities. Qualified Candidates should be fluent in Italian.

Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative include:

• Making outbound calls to hospitals and medical labs

• Asking customers 20-40 closed ended questions

• Collecting specific data and verifying for accuracy

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative include:

• MUST BE fluent in the following language: Italian

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to multi-task

This is a short term, temporary position. It will run thru the month of January, potentially into February. The hours for this position are: Monday-Friday, 6am-12pm or if you choose you may work from home for a minimum of 3 hours, anywhere between 4am to 11am. The pay for this position is $12/hour.
