Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Support Engineer in the US
Mountain Time Zone.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop a deep understanding of the Onfido product suite and
collaborate with team members
Support the investigation, debugging, and resolution of technical
issues faced by customers
Identify opportunities for product improvement and help maintain
accurate product documentation
Required Qualifications:
BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or other science subject
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Technical Support
Engineer
Practical experience with at least one programming language,
ideally Ruby, Python, or JavaScript
Good knowledge of SQL databases and familiarity with APIs, SDKs,
and web applications
MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or other science subject is
preferred
