A company is looking for an ArcGIS Enterprise Managed Cloud
Engineer - Client Success.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and validate solution changes to ensure operational
efficiency
Monitor the health of ArcGIS Enterprise solutions in cloud
environments
Troubleshoot escalated support cases and assist with technical
tasks
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience with enterprise GIS solutions leveraging the
ArcGIS platform
Ability to troubleshoot issues related to Esri application
deployment
Experience with various ArcGIS Enterprise deployment types
Proficiency with Esri products, including ArcGIS Desktop and
Enterprise
Experience with Enterprise Geodatabase and scripting (Python,
PowerShell)
