Lead a group of production designers in the Central Design
organization
Collaborate with product designers and product design leaders
Mentor and manage a team of production designers, providing
direction and feedback
Required Qualifications
At least 4 years of experience in product design
Proven track record of leading and managing teams
Expertise in production design
Ability to operationalize a process to support teams
