Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager of Employee Resource Groups
to lead efforts in aligning strategic plans and programming with
the organization's equity strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the ERG ambassador, ensuring alignment with the equity
strategy
Facilitate collaboration and communication among ERGs and across
the organization
Manage and enhance ERG membership database and coordinate events
and initiatives
Required Qualifications
BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and
experience
3+ years of diversity and inclusion consulting experience with
employee networks
Deep expertise with corporate giving and volunteer programs
Experience designing data-driven programs and managing budgets
Experience in DEI, strategy, HR, or ERG program management
preferred
