About the Role:
As a CBRE Facilities Manager, you will lead a team responsible for
providing building operations and maintenance for a facility,
campus, or portfolio of small to medium sized buildings. This job
is within the Facilities Management functional area which focuses
on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing
support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and
investment plans.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine
compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and
experience. The minimum salary for the Facilities Manager position
is $80,000 annually [or $38.46 per hour] and the maximum salary for
the Facilities Manager position is $90,000 annually [or $43.27 per
hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate
will depend on the candidate's skills, q ualifications, and
experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a
discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
