Job Description:
A company is looking for a Workforce Management Scheduler to
analyze call volumes and create effective staffing schedules in a
remote call center environment.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze historical call volume data to forecast staffing needs and
develop agent schedules
Monitor real-time adherence and adjust schedules based on call
volume fluctuations
Produce and distribute reports on scheduling accuracy and staffing
levels to management and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree
preferred
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a call center environment
focusing on workforce management
Proficiency in WFM software and strong Microsoft Excel skills
Knowledge of Average Handle Time (AHT) and its impact on staffing
requirements
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
as needed
