you'll help develop systems that sense, control, exploit and
disseminate actionable information to warfighters supporting a
variety of missions. We are seeking an experienced leader to join
our Tactical Systems Product Line to lead our Combat Identification
Products and Solutions (CIPS) Product Area. This role will report
to the Tactical Systems Product Line Director and will be
responsible for Profit and Loss related to multiple Identification
Friend or Foe (IFF) products. The CIPS Product Area program teams
manage development projects to create new capabilities and oversee
the manufacturing and delivery of hardware.Primary
Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead the $150M+ Combat Identification Products and
Solutions (CIPS) portfolio of Products and Programs
- Manage and inspire a direct reporting team of Program Managers
through all phases of project lifecycles with profit & loss
accountability
- Ensures achievement of financial, schedule, technical, and new
business performance objectives. Leads and participates in new
business and the development of financial plans for the company.
Models and demonstrates strong leadership in ethics, safety and
security.
- Provide proactive cross function leadership of a key strategic
Product Area to achieve customer commitments and business growth
expectations.
- Demonstrate visible leadership across the portfolio, leading by
example to deliver program performance excellence.
- Communicate effectively and work cross functionally in a highly
matrixed organization to achieve results.
- Actively develop and execute a strategy to support the CIPS
integrated business plan and technology growth plan.
- Lead through inspiration and encouragement and foster a culture
of innovative problem solving, performance excellence, and
continuous improvement to deliver affordable, effective, and
dependable outcomes.
- Serve as a member of the Tactical Systems Leadership Team,
actively partnering with other team members to drive innovative and
consistent strategy across the product line.Please note that

US citizenship statusRequired Education, Experience, & Skills
Experience in program or capture
management and/or with functional activities related to the program
lifecycle, or equivalent combination of education and
experience.Demonstrated experience in building customer and
supplier relationships, leading customer interactions and
discussions of a technical and/or strategic nature.Ability to
understand customers' needs and objectivesAbility to lead complex
teams that are distributed across geographic locations in a
borderless fashion.Prior experience leading development and
production programs with transition to production
knowledgeFinancial management expertise and experience executing to
Funding, Sales, Margin, and Collection targetsPersonnel leadership
and management of a diverse, cross functional teamThe ability to
develop creative solutions to highly complex problemsStrong written
and verbal skills to effectively communicate the portfolio status
to the Tactical Systems team and next-level leadership Preferred
Education, Experience, & Skills
- 15+ years' work experience with Bachelor's degree and/or
equivalent
- Master's degree
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

- Clearance: Secret Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range:
$164000 - $278800Please note: This range is based on our market pay
structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a
variety of factors including, but not limited to: business
considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as
well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and
