ABOUT THE ROLEPeloton is seeking an experienced Marketing
Analytics professional to spearhead our Marketing Measurement
Strategy Team, driving action through data-driven insights. In this
highly visible role, you will set the strategic vision for our
global marketing measurement framework and investment allocation.
This role will oversee key strategic initiatives, including
marketing OKRs, learning agenda and experimentation, and Marketing
Mix Modeling (MMM). Success in this role requires expertise in
analytics, incrementality testing, and MMM, along with strong
leadership and collaboration skills to drive action across all
levels of the business. This role will lead a team of three and
will report into the Senior Director of Global Marketing Analytics.
YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
- Define our measurement framework, including KPI identification,
prioritization, and optimization.
- Partner with stakeholders to set OKRs that accurately measure
success against strategic priorities.
- Allocate and optimize marketing investment across markets,
products, and channels using mix modeling and experimentation.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify critical business
questions and translate them into a prioritized global learning
agenda supported by measurement methodologies.
- Manage expectations regarding timing, capabilities, and the
application of tests and analytics methodologies.
- Develop and deliver strategic recommendations and actionable
insights to senior leadership.
- Ensure consistency in measurement frameworks across regions
while adapting to market-specific nuances in marketing performance
and strategy.
- Foster a culture of learning by sharing insights and learnings,
driving continuous improvement in marketing effectiveness across
teams and regions. YOU BRING TO PELOTON
- 10+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data science,
or a related field, with a strong background in testing,
measurement, and MMM.
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science,
or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and driving
large-scale analytics initiatives across global regions.
- Expertise in statistical analysis and modeling, with
proficiency in tools such as R, Python, or similar.
- Advanced communication skills to present complex data insights
to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive
leadership.
- Extensive experience with experimental design and
incrementality testing methodologies, including (but not limited
to) A/B testing, geo-based testing, and pre/post analysis.
- Experience working with media platforms such as Google, Meta,
and TikTok, with familiarity in their testing and measurement
capabilities.
- Strong project management skills to ensure scalability and
repeatability of testing frameworks across regions.
- A passion for fostering a data-driven, continuous improvement
culture and contributing to the overall strategic direction of

represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for
this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual
base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous
factors including individual performance, business objectives, and
if the location for the job changes. Our base salary is just one
