Lead a fast-paced restaurant operation, overseeing daily activities, customer service, and team management, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and growth. Key responsibilities include:

Directing daily operations, ensuring compliance with company standards
Providing consistent execution and exemplary service to guests
Creating business strategies to drive sales and manage labor costs
Maintaining cleanliness and organization, and recruiting a successful team
Training, coaching, and mentoring team members, and ensuring food safety and quality
