our management team that leads the Product Sustainment activities
for all Products in the Tactical Systems Portfolio. One of the
responsibilities in this role will be driving the day to day
coordination and management of our Product Sustainment activities
to meet our customer's needs. These products support both Prime and
Government customers across multiple platforms as well as the War
Fighter.The role will perform tasks across the Project Management
processes of initiating, organizing, integrating, planning,
managing & controlling, developing and completing projects or
programs. Track progress to financial, schedule, technical and/or
new business performance objectives. The role may also support new
business development activities and participate in developing
strategic and financial plans for assigned business area.Please
note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position
requires US citizenship status Required Education, Experience, &
Skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain,
Business Administration, or related field with at least 4 years
experience (2 years with a Master's degree).Essential
Functions:
- Manages, coordinates, plans,
organizes, controls, integrates, and executes a projects or
collection of projects.Ensures achievement of financial, schedule,
technical, and new business performance objectives.Participates in
the support of new business and in the development of financial
plans for the company.Exercise discretion and independent judgment
in the performance of duties set forth.Communicate effectively both
orally and in writing;Exhibit sound interpersonal skills involving
interfacing, coordinating and negotiating with company personnel,
customers and suppliers;Utilize computer skills to prepare
appropriate reports and documents;Make decisions using sound
judgment while complying with policies, procedures, appropriate
principles and applicable state and federal laws and
regulations;Analyze, evaluate, develop and implement processes and
systems within budget and adhere to time requirements and
schedule;

note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However,
individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors
including, but not limited to: business considerations, local
market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate
qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience. Employee
