Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Sales Enablement to
develop and execute sales enablement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and implement comprehensive sales enablement strategies
across various teams
Lead the creation of onboarding programs and ongoing training for
customer-facing roles
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop content and
optimize sales tools
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a
related field; Master's preferred
7+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or
training in high-growth tech environments
Proven success in building and scaling enablement programs across
diverse teams
Deep understanding of sales methodologies and experience with CRM
systems
Analytical mindset with experience in using data to track
performance and optimize initiatives
