Job Description:
A company is looking for a Chief Credit Officer to oversee
credit and related activities as they scale their lending
business.
Key Responsibilities
Drive innovation and execution in credit risk management and
collections
Ensure credit products perform as expected regarding revenues,
credit losses, and profitability
Lead the Enterprise Risk Analytics team and collaborate on credit
loss provisioning
Required Qualifications
15+ years of credit expertise from diverse lending backgrounds,
including non-prime segments
Demonstrable understanding of credit operations across the credit
lifecycle
Exceptional analytical skills for experimentation and strategic
direction
Ability to influence change and collaborate with stakeholders
across the organization
Experience representing management with the Board of Directors and
regulatory bodies
