Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Nursing Unit Manager to oversee the activities of nursing personnel in our patient care units. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing leadership and be able to coordinate activities with other patient care units and related departments.Responsibilities:

Plan and organize training for unit staff members
Participate in guidance and educational programs
Supervise and coordinate activities of nursing personnelRequirements:
- Academic degree in nursing
