People Director to join the global People team and elevate our
employees' experience.At DICE, you'll be part of the company that's

of.About the roleBased in London and reporting to the Chief People
Officer, you'll play a key role in the leadership, strategy
planning and delivery of the People team. You'll evolve and
influence the global people agenda to ensure the people team's work
is impactful for all employees at DICE.At the same time, you'll be
a true partner to the senior leads (and where required, the exec
team), supporting everything from org design through to providing
them with a coaching approach and providing a sounding board.You'll
be
- Leading our people ops, workplace and partnering teams,
knitting together operational and business partnering to build
scalable processes
- Building trusting working relationships to ensure the People
function is approachable, responsive, supportive and impactful
- A strategic thought partner and coach to senior leaders across
DICE
- Driving impactful global projects, informed by data, previous
learnings and creativity
- Leading the team to deliver our people processes, including
bi-annual reviews, talent mapping, pulse and DEI surveys and pay
reviews (including salary benchmarking)
- Experienced in elevating performance management, organisational
development, career progression and employee engagement
- Designing and driving DICE people policies, programmes and
benefits that are fit for scale, in collaboration with the wider
people and DEI agenda globally
- Partnering with the senior Legal team to ensure DICE is
compliant and operating with all relevant employment laws
- Driving decisions through key metrics to improve visibility on
performance and productivity across the people function You are

- Proven track record as a People Director (or equivalent senior
People lead)
- Experience in leading org design initiatives
- Experience working closely with a DEI function, or leading DEI
initiatives
- Experience working closely with a Reward team, or leading
reward initiatives
- Experience leading and inspiring a growing people team to
maintain focus and execute with excellence.
- Experience owning and evolving a progressive people agenda,
across performance, engagement, policy and reward
- Strong analytical and project management skills, proven ability
to design clear processes, and a very detail-oriented yet flexible
approach to problem-solving.
- Proven ability to influence across diverse groups and
levels.
- Experience working in partnership with Talent and building
teams through scale.
- Good knowledge of European employment law (France, Spain,
Italy, Germany).
- Executive coaching qualification is a bonus. About DICEOur
