Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Community Reinvestment
Outreach Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the achievement of the bank's Community Benefits Plan and
implement the Community Reinvestment Act outreach strategy
Mentor and coach team members while serving as a subject matter
expert on CRA and EMpower
Develop relationships with community organizations and represent
the company at local and national events
Required Qualifications
Experience with the Community Reinvestment Act and community
development
Ability to provide constructive feedback and maintain
accountability within a team
Proven judgment and problem-solving skills in community
engagement
Experience in managing strategic grants and sponsorship
requests
Willingness to travel within the assigned coverage area at least
25% of the time
