Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Provider Services to oversee
the provider services area and support staff in resolving complex
provider issues.
Key Responsibilities
Manage workflow and communicate standards within the provider
services area
Hire, motivate, and coach provider services staff while maintaining
production and quality standards
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure provider
satisfaction and resolve inquiries
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
Bilingual ability preferred
3+ years of experience in a Medicare, Medicaid managed care, or
insurance environment
Previous supervisory experience, including hiring and managing
staff performance
Experience in provider relations, network operations, and/or
contract management
