Auto-Bidding.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute the technical vision and strategy for the
Auto-Bidding team
Oversee the design and optimization of high-performance
Auto-Bidding algorithms and products
Recruit, mentor, and retain top talent while fostering a
collaborative team culture
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of engineering management experience leading ML or related
technical teams
6+ years of industry experience with large-scale ML, preferably in
ads or marketplace optimization
4+ years of hands-on experience building ML systems
Experience with marketplace optimization and data analysis
