A company is looking for a CX Technical Governance Program
Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Lead global initiatives to enhance the Customer Experience
workforce through tech governance
Establish and manage a steering committee to align on vision,
policies, and budget
Oversee the management of the technology budget, invoices, and
contracts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of relevant professional
experience
Experience in a startup, technology-focused company, or consulting
firm
Minimum of 2 years in Operations, Analytics, Product, Engineering,
or Project Management
Experience in business process analysis and project completion
Familiarity with Project Management tools, especially Jira
