Sales Operations Manager

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to support the US sales team and drive global growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Provide sales management support to the Regional Managing Director and sales team in North America
Optimize sales processes and ensure adherence to Salesforce.com and the Sales Playbook
Coordinate sales forecasting, budgeting processes, and manage internal sales functions

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
Previous experience in sales operations and/or sales support
Strong working experience with Salesforce.com, Excel, and PowerPoint
Proven ability to work in a pressurized environment
Excellent organizational skills
