Job Description:
A company is looking for a Purchasing Manager (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and direct purchasing activities, including sourcing and
negotiating with suppliers
Track and report metrics to reduce expenses and improve purchasing
effectiveness
Maintain purchasing policies and resolve vendor grievances as
needed
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant
experience
Experience in setting up a Purchasing Department and managing RFPs
and contracts
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and PeopleSoft
Strong supervisory and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
