Job Description:
A company is looking for a Capacity Planning Manager to lead its
capacity planning and workforce management function.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement forecasting capabilities for optimal resource
utilization
Analyze and communicate trends in capacity and scheduling
performance metrics
Drive scenario modeling to support business growth and
transformation
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of relevant experience in capacity forecasting and
workforce management, preferably in healthcare
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field; MBA is a plus
Strong business acumen and analytical skills
Expertise in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau,
PowerBI)
Proficiency in advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables and
statistical modeling
