Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Customer Marketing Manager who
will drive member registration and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and present integrated marketing plans to meet customer
registration and utilization goals
Execute member marketing plans throughout the customer lifecycle to
maximize registrations
Adapt engagement programs for unique populations and collaborate
cross-functionally to ensure project success
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of marketing experience, particularly in digital or
consumer health in B2B2C contexts
Proven success in cross-functional project management and
customer-facing roles
Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform marketing
strategies
Self-starter with the ability to manage projects independently
Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Salesforce, Tableau, and
Confluence is a plus
