Job Description:
A company is looking for a Data Science Manager responsible for
leading a team of data scientists and driving data-driven
initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the roadmap and priorities for the data science team and
collaborate with various stakeholders
Lead and manage processes to enhance team performance and
engagement
Recruit, onboard, and support the professional development of data
scientists
Required Qualifications
At least 3 years of direct management experience leading data
science and ML teams, with a total of 10 years in data science
Expertise in designing metrics and guiding business decisions with
data
Technical expertise in architecture and strategic modeling
decisions
Experience managing teams that have built and shipped machine
learning systems at scale
Ability to work cross-functionally and make informed decisions
