Job Summary:

As a Speech Therapist at MetroWest Medical Center, you will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing treatment programs for patients with speech and language disorders. You will work as part of an interdisciplinary team to provide patient assessment, direct patient care, and individualized care planning and implementation. This role requires clinical competency in working with patients of all ages, from neonatal to geriatric.

Key Responsibilities:

--- Evaluate patients to identify speech and language disorders
--- Develop and implement treatment plans to address patient needs
--- Provide direct patient care, including therapy sessions and patient education
--- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
--- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans
--- Complete established competencies for the position within designated introductory period

Requirements:

--- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
--- Clinical experience working with patients with speech and language disorders
--- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
--- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
