About the Role:

Slate Valley Center is seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Granville, NY. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Observing residents and reporting any health issues to the supervising nurse
• Providing personal care, including bed baths, shaving, and other hygienic tasks
• Setting up meal trays and documenting food and fluid intake
• Feeding residents and serving nutritional supplements
• Maintaining a clean and tidy environment for residents
  Requirements:
  
  • Successful completion of a CNA program
  • Current CNA State Certification
  • Ability to work as a team member and maintain confidentiality of resident and facility data
