Job SummaryTroy Center, a rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility, is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join its team. As a key member of our care team, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to our residents.Key Responsibilities

• Observe and report any changes in residents' health status to the supervising nurse
• Assist with personal care, including bathing, shaving, and feeding
• Set up and serve meal trays, and document food and fluid intake
• Transport residents within the facility and maintain a clean and safe environmentRequirements
  • Successful completion of a CNA program
  • Current CNA state certification
