Job Description:
A company is looking for a Newborn/Pediatric Nurse Care Manager
who is passionate about providing holistic care to members through
their healthcare journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver coordinated, patient-centered virtual care management via
telephone and video
Generate impactful care plans with members and the
multidisciplinary care team
Assist members in navigating complex medical conditions and the
healthcare system
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Must reside in a compact NLC state with an active Compact RN
license
2+ years of experience in a Newborn/Pediatric setting
Current CCM Certification
Willingness to work Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm PST
