  Duties:
  --- Provides safe, evidence-based patient care using the nursing process and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
  --- Educates patients and caregivers, prioritizes discharge planning, and ensures effective communication across the healthcare team.
  --- Enhance the patient experience through Relationship Centered Care practices like hourly rounding, bedside reports, and active listening.
  --- Maintains a safe care environment by following quality and safety protocols, identifying risks, and participating in process improvement initiatives.
  --- Uses technology to document care and support institutional efforts in performance improvement, compliance, and evidence-based nursing practice.
  
  Education:
  --- Bachelor of Science with a major in nursing preferred.
  --- Associate degree in nursing is considered only with relevant experience and/or active matriculation in a BSN Program
  
  Licenses and Certifications:
  --- RN License - New York
  --- BLS - AHA
  --- ACLS - AHA
