Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supervisor, Specialized Services to
manage Customer Service Representatives and administrative
activities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support Customer Service Representatives, providing
guidance for growth
Oversee personnel needs, including selection, coaching, training,
and performance evaluation
Monitor customer service performance and implement strategies for
improvement
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED (accredited)
2 years of relevant work experience, preferably with Bagster & TRO
experience
Call center or customer service experience
Supervisory or management skills
Must live and work in the US
