A company is looking for a Merchandising Lead to drive growth
and profitability across various new business ventures.
Key Responsibilities
Manage assortment, pricing strategies, and sales plans for new
businesses, including wholesale and marketplaces
Monitor inventory levels to prevent overstock or stockouts and
support demand planning
Identify market opportunities and collaborate with teams to ensure
effective assortment and strategy execution
Required Qualifications
3+ years of leadership experience in merchandising or
purchasing
Experience in the apparel or beauty industry
Proven ability to manage and lead diverse teams across multiple
markets
Experience with high volume and large SKU count areas
Fluent in English
