Job Description Responsible for managing the delivery of on-site
& remote IT services for internal customer accounts spanning
multiple locations, focused on a specific sectorImprove alignment
with, and support for, business objectivesReduce costs or improve
business profitsProvide accurate forecasts and projections as
inputs to the corporate budgeting processIncrease quality awareness
amongst staffAchieve efficiencies and cost savings by leveraging
centralized shared services and automationHelp build a business
model that enables regional support across organizational
boundariesEnsure compliance with corporate directives and
standardsProvide visionary leadership to a large, widely dispersed
workforce in a rapidly evolving operating environmentManage
delivery of on-site & remote IT services for internal customers
spanning multiple locations (includes reviewing daily backlog,
changes and problems)Assist the Service Delivery Executive with
managing service delivery issues, resource management, cost
estimates and provide technical directionBuild strong business
partner relationship with customersManage performance of
projectsIdentify & manage continuous improvement
opportunitiesRequired Education, Experience, & Skills Associate's
Degree in Computer Science or IT Management with at least 8 yrs
experience; Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or IT Management
with at least 4 yrs experience; Excellent communication skills
(oral and written)Excellent organization skillsExcellent customer
relations/customer serviceProven management and leadership
skillsAbility to set priorities, delegate, motivate, negotiate,
manage performance, collaborate, recruitment, coach/mentorProblem
solving/analyticsBasic financeBasic project managementCapable of

teamPreferred Education, Experience, & Skills Master's Degree in

Salary Range: $122640 - $208440Please note: This range is based on
our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are
determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to:
business considerations, local market conditions, and internal
equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills,
