Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior COBOL Developer to support
federal civilian agencies.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze, design, develop, and implement code for government
systems
Perform quality assurance reviews and provide technical support to
users
Create and update documentation for new or existing systems
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical
discipline, or equivalent experience
8+ years of experience in Application Development, with 3-5 years
in Mainframe DB2, COBOL, and VSAM
Proficient in COBOL, VSAM, JCL, and related technologies
Knowledge of Payroll processing and Agile/Scrum methodologies
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
