Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Customer Technology
Support Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Provide phone and email support for customer and employee inquiries
regarding various products
Serve as a knowledge expert on proprietary product offerings and
assist in resolving connectivity and web-based issues
Utilize a ticketing system to manage and escalate support requests
as needed
Required Qualifications
Entry-level general IT experience
Intermediate experience with MS Office (Word, Excel)
Experience with escalation and ticketing systems
BS degree or equivalent experience
Must be authorized to work in the US; sponsorship is not available
for this position
