A company is looking for a Lead Engine Programmer.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with engineers to enhance core technologies across
multiple platforms
Optimize engine systems for performance, memory usage, and
scalability
Lead a team of engineers, providing mentorship and promoting best
practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a
related field (or equivalent work experience)
Minimum 5 years of game industry experience with at least 1 shipped
title
Strong C++ programming and systems design skills
Understanding of multi-threaded programming concepts
Experience with performance profiling and optimization tools
