Job Description:

A company is looking for an Associate Technical Support Analyst, National Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and resolve member-facing escalations related to security and privacy concerns
Analyze and troubleshoot advanced technical issues while collaborating with internal teams
Maintain accurate documentation and updates on escalations through the ticketing system

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED or higher
1+ years of experience in a call center, technical support, or escalation handling role
Intermediate proficiency in troubleshooting security, privacy, or data-related issues
Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk) and CRM tools
