Having achieved seven-figure ARR in record time, this promising company is pioneering AI-powered solutions for revenue-sensitive customer interactions.Role Overview:

• 60% hands-on technical contribution
• 40% engineering leadership
• Office located in Flatiron District (20th & 5th)
• Full-time, in-person positionCompensation:
  • Base Salary: $200,000 - $250,000
  • Equity: 1.5% - 2.0%Core Requirements:
    • 7-10 years of software engineering experience with full-stack expertise
    • Proven track record in VC-backed seed to Series A environments, with demonstrated success in 0-1 product development
    • Strong leadership experience in building and scaling engineering teams
    • History of career progression and internal advancement
    • Technical proficiency in TypeScript, Python, and JavaScript
    • Self-motivated professional who thrives in fast-paced environments
    • Collaborative mindset with high ownership and low egoPreferred Qualifications:
      • Computer Science degree from top-tier university
      • Experience with AI/ML implementations
