Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Recruiting Lead to manage
recruiting efforts and mentor existing recruiters.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze staffing needs and create recruitment plans for
hard-to-fill positions
Manage recruiting processes and provide direction to recruiters for
sourcing candidates
Build relationships with hiring managers and oversee job posting
and advertisement processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any field; experience may substitute for
education
5+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in
technical recruiting
Proven experience with sourcing techniques and Applicant Tracking
Systems (ATS)
Ability to manage multiple candidates and searches with minimal
supervision
Complete understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, particularly
in Defense and related areas
