Job Description:
A company is looking for an Entry Level Scrum Master to
facilitate Agile teams and support project management.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Product Owner with backlog management and user story
refinement
Track sprint progress and key Agile metrics to identify improvement
opportunities
Facilitate communication between Scrum teams, stakeholders, and
other teams to ensure alignment
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a team setting with leadership skills
Strong interest in the field and ability to learn quickly
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) required within 90 days of hire
Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
Experience using Agile tools to track team performance
