Job Description:
A company is looking for a Group Sourcing Lead to manage and
lead a team of sourcing professionals in the Enterprise
Division.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and drive results through program implementation
and monitoring success
Oversee annual sourcing plan development and ensure compliance with
sourcing policies and procedures
Build strong cross-functional relationships and manage expectations
with stakeholders
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
8+ years of strategic sourcing experience for services or indirect
categories
People management experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management
preferred
MBA or relevant certifications (CPM, CPSM, CPSD) are a plus
