Restaurant Floor ManagerSan Sabino, a renowned upscale restaurant, is seeking an experienced Restaurant Floor Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the restaurant floor team to provide exceptional service and maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
• Manage reservations, seating, and waitlists to maximize table turnover and ensure efficient service.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food delivery.
• Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety in the dining area.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, including reservations, seating, and waitlists.
