Job Description:
As the runner/expo, you are the link between the kitchen and
guests, ensuring plates are finished in the kitchen and food is
delivered quickly and accurately to guests. You'll describe the
food being presented, handle guest requests, and work with the
culinary team to maintain high standards. Responsibilities include
reading tickets, finishing plates, describing dishes, retrieving
items, assisting servers, and maintaining a clean workstation. This
is a hourly paid role with opportunity for tips.
