Job Description:
A company is looking for a Training Content Specialist to
develop and maintain engaging in-product training experiences for
customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality in-product training
content
Collaborate with various teams to ensure training aligns with
product features and user needs
Track and report on the effectiveness of in-product training
initiatives
Required Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in content creation or customer
education for SaaS products
Experience with in-product engagement tools (e.g., ChurnZero,
Pendo)
Proficiency in content creation tools like Camtasia or
Articulate
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and knowledge
base platforms
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced
environment
