Overview
Job Purpose The NYSE is seeking a graphics artist to play a key
role in supporting the Content, Media Partnerships, + Distribution
team by producing high-quality visual content for projects across
various mediums. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in
design principles, a keen eye for detail, and a willingness to
learn in a fast-paced production environment. This role involves
creating innovative assets that support compelling storytelling in
the evolving media landscape. Responsibilities include crafting
digital, motion, and social first graphics, that push the
boundaries of storytelling to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
Candidates should be a highly creative professional with a
background in motion graphics, data visualization, and digital
content production. Responsibilities
- Design and produce graphics, animations, and visual assets that
enhance storytelling on NYSE's digital platforms, exploring new
ways to present data in the modern content space.
- Collaborate with senior producers and content creators to
develop concepts and execute designs that align with the creative,
company, and project visions.
- Adapt designs for different formats, ensuring consistency in
branding and quality across media including optimizing for each
platform environments.
- Experiment with emerging design trends, tools, and formats to
drive the evolution of NYSE's digital content strategy.
- Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing
deadlines and delivering high-quality work on time. Create clear,
engaging, and dynamic representations of financial and market data
to bring complex concepts to life.
- Ensure all designs adhere to NYSE brand guidelines, while
exploring new design approaches to modernize the brand's visual
identity.Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or
a related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in motion graphics or digital content
production.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop,
Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and design
principles.
- Proven ability to craft visuals for diverse digital platforms,
including social media and websites.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
simultaneously.
- Knowledge of 3D design and animation tools (e.g., Cinema 4D,
Blender).
- Experience with project management systems (e.g., Monday.com,
Asana) to organize workflows and track progress.Schedule This role
offers work from home flexibility of one day per week. New York
Base Salary Range The expected base salary for this role if located
in New York City is between 77,300 - 103,000 USD. The base salary
range does not include Intercontinental Exchange's incentive
compensation. While we provide this range as general guidance, at
ICE we compensate employees based on the skillset and experience of
