Job Description:

Assistant Claims Specialist needed for our risk management department. You'll work with diverse professionals on challenging claims, impacting our enterprise risk strategy. Opportunities include:

Efficient claims processing and administration
Incident report evaluation and investigation
Facilitating return-to-work programs
Data analysis for insights and trends
Building relationships with teams and partners
Contributing to risk management, legal, and safety initiatives

Key Responsibilities:

Lead claim investigations and prepare reports
Develop return-to-work policies
Liaise with team members and guide injured workers
Manage workers' compensation claims and OSHA logs
Participate in settlement evaluations
Analyze data for risk mitigation and decision-making
Contribute to claim reserve management
Join Safety Committee and collaborate on policy development

Qualifications:

Proactive, team-oriented mindset
Discretion with sensitive information
General liability claims experience (preferred)
Office procedure familiarity
Attention to detail and organization
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
