Your Role:
As a BCBA, you'll develop tailored treatment programs and mentor
staff to ensure positive behavioral progress.
Key Responsibilities:
--- Conduct FBAs and create effective BIPs.
--- Analyze and adjust data-driven programs.
--- Mentor and support behavior technicians.
--- Collaborate with families to design actionable goals.
--- Document all client interactions and progress.
Qualifications:
--- Active BCBA certification.
--- Advanced degree in ABA or a related field.
--- Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
